🧠 Project Overview

This project automates lead qualification and customer support through an intelligent AI-powered voice agent. It handles inbound and outbound calls, qualifies potential leads, answers FAQs, logs interactions, and updates CRM systems automatically all without human intervention.

🎯 Objective / Problem Statement

To create a smart, autonomous voice system that can:

• Handle inbound customer queries naturally
• Qualify leads based on predefined parameters
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups
• Update CRM and send notifications all automatically

⚙️ System Architecture Overview

The voice agent workflow is divided into four key modules for clarity and modular control:

🔹 1. Outbound Calls

• Trigger: Airtable record initiates the call (e.g., new lead added).
• Action: The system uses 11Labs API to generate a human-like voice and call the lead.
• Goal: Reach out to potential leads for qualification or follow-up.
