This project automates lead qualification and customer support through an intelligent AI-powered voice agent. It handles inbound and outbound calls, qualifies potential leads, answers FAQs, logs interactions, and updates CRM systems automatically all without human intervention.

To create a smart, autonomous voice system that can:
- Handle inbound customer queries naturally
- Qualify leads based on predefined parameters
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups
- Update CRM and send notifications all automatically
⚙️ System Architecture Overview
The voice agent workflow is divided into four key modules for clarity and modular control:
🔹 1. Outbound Calls
- Trigger: Airtable record initiates the call (e.g., new lead added).
- Action: The system uses 11Labs API to generate a human-like voice and call the lead.
- Goal: Reach out to potential leads for qualification or follow-up.
